DM Signs & Printing Refund Policiy
Custom Signs, Monogrammed, Printed and/or customized items are NOT returnable and NOT refundable. If there is a manufacturing defect the item will be replace free of charge.
For ready made or pre packaged items, you may return anything un-opened and get back the full amount. Shipping covered by the buyer to return product.
(1) Return the item(s) to us in unused, undamaged, resalable condition within 18 days of the shipping date on the shipping invoice date to receive your refund.
Should a customer have a concern or is displeased with their order, DM Signs & Printing will make every effort to rectify that concern or displeasure as soon as possible. This includes offering replacements and refunds. DM Signs & Printing wants our customers to be happy with all of our products and services.
